Starting in 2009 I am involved in a 4 x 6 recipe swap with the SSSD yahoo group I belong to. Keep watch because I will be posting my recipe LO's. All will be done digitally. I also signed up for some card swaps, so I hope to scan those and post also.

Scrapbook Layouts

A couple weeks ago I had a day off and spent the entire day working on scrapbooking and doing a calendar. It was a great day. It's always nice to just devote a day to play. Here are a couple LO's that I did.

The first LO was done using one of the brag book pages from Alma's ScrapHabit Designs found at ScrapDish. It is called Nature's Truth.

This LO and the one below was done using Syndee Nuckles @ ScrapGirls 4 x 6 Years Templates. The papers were from Angie Briggs, also at ScrapGirls, kit called Scenic Route Collection.

I thought it would be fun to compare year 1 and year 2 picture at the zoo.

Hobbies and Crafts

I decided rather than posting to several different sites for stamping, scrapbooking, etc., I would post everything in one spot. I love to do several different things. I am trying to get better at photography. It is for my own pleasure, not something I ever plan on making money with. Digital scrapbooking is another hobby/craft that I have really gotten into. So much easier, for me anyway, than paper scrapping. I found I was always too afraid to cut into the paper or adhere something down for fear I wouldn't like it and then it would be too late. I do a lot of other craft type things (stamping, crocheting, cross stitching, etc.) As I finish a project I will post here. Any feedback is always welcome.

I don't remember what paper I used for this LO, but the Halloween overlay is by Katie Pertiet at Digital Designs.
